芒果优格饮料 700ml
淡奶 150ml
燕菜粉 8g
糖 80g
做法:
- 燕菜粉和糖混合均匀备用。
- 清水煮滾,加入淡奶和(1)的燕菜粉混合物,煮滾至燕菜粉和幼糖全部溶化。
- 加入芒果优格饮料,搅均匀即可关火。
- 倒入小模或布了杯,待完全冷却后才放入冰箱冷藏至凝固即可。
